Good Business Meetings v/s Bad Business Meetings!



One meeting was a fully waste of time; other meeting was really helpful. Have you ever attended meeting; like in school, office, and personal oriented. Sometimes we thought wow! That’s really helpful meeting; On the other hand, sometimes we think that this meeting was just waste of time. Why am I supposed to be here?

There are some points of good and successful meetings:




A dynamic, passionate, and engaging process that extracts all the members of the meeting.
It must be:
o   Well-conducted
o   Time-efficient
o   Meaningful
o   Focused

 

 

There are some reasons of bad meetings:




1.      Procrastination: People are not aware of that It is a problem to being late and handing your project late. If due date of report is today; complete it today even though you don’t have to handing until tomorrow.



2.      Confusing informal with disrespectful, poorly organized, poorly began and ended, pointless, no agenda, and fully waste of time





In conclusion, The next time you attend a meeting, whether you organizing or just attend the meeting, think that how to avoid these things that make meeting a bad meeting, as well as other methods, tools that were used or could have been used to make your meeting a more successful productive meeting.
